Or to stay in it but you must also understand that this is not how you will grow.
You’re allowed to change careers.
To dress differently.
To chase different dreams.
To change locations, even if, at first, you’re terrified to do so.
You’re allowed to dislike yourself but also allowed to change those same parts you don’t see eye to eye with.
To work on them until you’re completely comfortable with who you are.
This is your life.
Make it count.
Make your own validation.
Your own path.
Your own way of life.
You are enough.
And you are not broken.
You’re a lot stronger than you want to believe.

I’ve had to learn the hard way who my real friends are, but the best way for me to tell is if they want to lift me up or bring me down.
I only want to be with people who support me and in turn make me feel stronger because of their love and belief in me and because of my love and belief in them.
You can’t have a friendship that’s one sided, you have to get as much as you give.

It might be worth letting a toxic person in your life know how you feel.
If they aren’t willing to change the way they treat you, consider not spending so much time with them.

There are plenty of moments in our lives when we struggle with making decisions, whether they’re small or large.
Our heart can be telling us one thing, our head another, and our friends something entirely different.
It’s important to weigh all options, then do what your heart truly believes is right.
Don’t just do what your friends are telling you to do, you must make your own decisions based on your intuition.

Next time you have to make a decision, weigh all the options, especially those of the heart, while measuring the logical side in head.
