People going through DEPRESSION are overly emotional. Depression develops the tendency to bottle up emotions, but those emotions don’t disappear. Instead they overflow at the slightest inconvenience. If someone becomes volatile over small things, it could be because depression overwhelms them with emotions. They might cry, become angry or even have an emotional breakdown in response to something. Most people would normally brush-off.

If you are going through DEPRESSION, talk about it & consult a medical professional in worst case. We all have been through this, everything in your life good or bad pushes you towards your purpose slowly but surely.

Being independent financially & emotionally is amazing. But nobody talks about why “Spending too much time alone” is not a good thing. Everyone needs some me time once in a while and taking time to yourself can increase your physical and emotional health. But too much time alone can be a bad thing. Even introverts need some level of daily social interaction to ward off feelings of isolation. Being cooped up inside every minute of every day can cause loneliness and depression to creep up.

Call a friend, video chat with the family member or just take a walk. If you can’t remember the last time you went outside or talk to someone you could be harming your mental health. Being selt sufficient is good but being self isolated isn’t a good human trait.

Most people always start worrying too much about being nice. Before i say anything against you, let me be clear I appreciate you & your concern.

My way of thinking is little different. Kindness can affect both the giver and receiver in a positive way, but worrying about whether or not you’re nice enough can actually hurt you. Feeling anxious when you think about how others perceive you can be a huge drain on your energy. You need to remember that your needs must be met before you can give to others. If you forget to leave some mental energy for yourself, you could find yourself suffering from burnout or depression. Always first prioritise yourself.
