Figure out what you want to do with your life and just do it.
Dedicate a separate journal for you to write down all of your goals.
And don’t just stop at journaling, make detailed steps towards achieving them.
Stopping sitting around and half arsing your way through things because you can’t seem to find any direction,
because seriously, life is what you make it and sometimes you need to get up and force yourself to do the things you know will benefit future you.

Things like I’m still young or I’m too old are out of the question.
No matter how old you are,
what you study or where you study,
use the time you have right now to learn & hustle.
I mean really hustle.
Because you don’t want to look back and say you should’ve worked harder, trained harder, tried harder, thought harder, loved harder or fought harder.
DISCIPLINE & CONSISTENT APPROACH towards all your EFFORTS are your only two best friends in your journey.
Don’t give yourself a reason to have regrets later on in life.

As you move forward, I hope you have the courage to do things differently,
to be the kind of person who takes the risk,

DISCIPLINE & CONSISTENCY with your approach are the two tools which can empower you, make you stand out of the crowd in the race of becoming a better Human.

I hope you have the courage to never let comfort or apprehension convince you that you are better off staying still.
I hope you have the courage to trust the part of yourself that knows there’s more out there for you,
the part of yourself that is easy to quiet when you’re trying to live by the rules and the expectations of a world that has bred so much dissatisfaction and sadness.

Working towards creating a life with certain set of disciplines, some are there & some are on it’s way. Let’s stay optimistic. This post is more of a reminder & checklist for myself.

(Someone shared this video in university group. I wanted to share it because it teaches a lot about how/why slow & steady growth must be our priority).

1. Do one thing at a time & work towards it till it reaches it’s optimum level of success.

2. Go slow and do it deliberately.

3. Develop rituals towards a holistic living.

4. Designate time for certain things.

5. Learn to smile and serve others.

6. Make cleaning and cooking my kind of meditation.

7. Workout everyday & eat right. (Not because i love my abs, but because LOOKING LIKE THE BEST VERSION of myself is my priority for a happy confident look on my face).

Sometimes my friends ask “How/why am i good for my business?” Answer: Not because i am super motivated or fully dedicated, but because i am excited, self aware, funny, i always keep on reminding myself that my desires are my purpose, which makes the business look good & grow, employees/workers work with a delightful smile. Reason behind all is my believe in material growth.

One thing you can never point out in me is “MY CONSISTENCY”. Let me answer “the HOW”. I learnt it from my WORKOUT. Following fitness as a lifestyle choice is the biggest DISCIPLINE. Do you know why a person who’s going to gym is going to gym every single day without missing it!? There is something called DOPAMINE which hits you right after every workout creating wonders in head, heart & mood. When your workout gives you results, you never want to lose the streak of getting better stronger sassier. During this corona situation the only thing i missed is going to gym. Yes i was doing some 2-300 push-ups & squats in my house, but that never helped my hunger to lift weights. As i mentioned “DOPAMINE”; when your efforts show results, it’s a bliss to do what you do. Condition: you have to be CONSISTENT towards your desires & goals whether it’s fitness, studies or business. Whoever said it, said it right “CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY”.

When friends say “Tap you are such an outrageous arrogant loud lively person”, earlier I used to get super confused with WTF I just heard!! But now I am fully clear what does that mean. It’s like telling someone “I like the way you are & kinda afraid of you as well”. My reaction to that!? As if I have time to give a shit! The fuckers who say that are stuck to me since eternity. I don’t need approval from my friends, I already know & I have digested how terrible or horrible I am.

You can judge me all you want. At the end my reality remains the same since forever. I am TRUTHFUL out of choice. HAPPY with right MOTIVE. RUDE because of past people. SUCCESSFUL upto certain extent because of my DISCIPLINE. OUTGOING EXTROVERT out of my habits & hobbies.
