Stop overthinking and replaying episodes from your past you are not happy about. Realize that everything happens for a reason. It served its purpose. It made you better. Only through experience we can truly feel and understand the contrast of what is good and what is not, what we want and what we don’t want.
Experiences teaches us most valuable lessons. It helps us grow, love ourselves and have empathy towards others. Be grateful for your experiences, but move forward. Embrace the new & remain consistent in your walk of life. (Not my words.)
It’s so easy to beat ourselves up for mistakes we’ve made in the past. Mistakes are part of being human and they are part of being alive. Our mistakes are blessings and opportunities to keep learning and expanding. But even when you learn from your mistakes don’t expect to never make another, you will and that’s okay.
Keep growing and embrace each challenge as a chance to learn something new and you will be amazed by how easy it is to move on. Stay consistent in your walk of life & don’t be afraid to make new mistakes. Mistakes are nothing more than opportunities to learn, grow, and better our future.

Just because people are being bad to you, doesn’t mean you should sacrifice the same energy to them. Don’t go through that kind of effort. The best thing you can do is to completely ignore them and focus on what makes you better. It’s hard, but know that you deserve only good and positive vibes. You were not born to embrace and express negativity. Maybe the people around you might have brought that side out of you, but naturally you’re nothing like those people. You’re way better.
Stopping yourself from doing what’s wrong is not the same as choosing what’s right and doing it. Don’t stand on the verge of being good. Be as good as you can be. If you can give, give. If you can help, help. If you can make someone’s day by a simple act of kindness, make it. Set the bar of success for yourself as high as the best that you can be, not as low as avoiding the worst that you can be. Big difference. (Not my words.)
I’m not perfect and I don’t have to be. When I first realized this I felt an intense relief. This realization allowed me to actually become a better person. It gave me the strength to embrace my flaws and learn from my mistakes. The pressure melted away. I wouldn’t have been able to start examining my mistakes if I felt like I had to be perfect. Once I found out it was okay to be imperfect, everything changed for the better.
Don’t criticize yourself for making mistakes. Just be conscious, make new mistakes & learn from older ones. Remove inconsistency from life. LIFE IS FUN, LET IT BE.
(This video got nothing to do with the post above. I am a big sucker for every marvel cinematic universe character & yes i liked HAWKEYE. I didn’t know Jeremy Renner has some amazing songs till yesterday. I am kinda into this song. Thanks to my bestie DEMI for the recommendation. Those who fancy my snapchat stories & question since when i play piano, answer is since my grade-6 days.)
BALANCE is the key in everything you do. Dance all night long and workout next day. Or practice yoga the next day. Drink wine but don’t forget your green juice. Eat chocolate when your heart wants it and kale salad when your body needs it. Wear new kicks on saturday and walk barefoot on sunday. Live high and low. Move and stay still. Embrace all sides of who you are. Be brave, bold, spontaneous and loud and let that complement your abilities to find silence, patience, modesty and peace.
Aim for BALANCE. Remain consistent in your walk of life. Make your own rules, follow your own path and don’t let anybody tell you or influence you how to live according to theirs. (Not my words).
What is the point in being alive if you are not going to try for something? If you are not going to at least attempt to make your time here remarkable? Stop holding yourself back. Tell the person that makes your stomach ache with hope that every part of your heart is tender for them, even if you think you aren’t ready. Don’t just fantasize about your dream job, actively pursue it, and if that door is not open, knock it down. Dreaming about a new business, go for it & own yourself. Got a goal? GO, Fetch it. Buy the plane ticket, climb a mountain, swim to shred after an intense workout session, surf when it’s raining, pet your canadian warmblood horse like a sweet puppy, surprise your mates & university bitches with some butt naked snapchat streaks on a beach, let your friends tease you “Aquaman minus SUPERPOWERS”, jump the fence, kiss an angel, makeout in the middle of a concert, full throttle that AMG to 150mph cruising through Autobahn while touring cross-country with your bestfriend.
Make sure that you don’t allow your fear to hold you back. Instead, look your fear in the face and invite it to dinner, become it’s friend. Live alongside it, let it make you feel alive. Just choose impossibility. Choose risk. Choose making mistakes, new mistakes, and making memories, and making it up as you go. Just choose to embrace whatever time you do have here, stay consistent on your life path, because life is finite, and fragile, and it vanishes too quickly. Just make it worth it. Make it count. Life is fun, let it be.
In LOVE, I have been elated and brokenhearted and felt every emotion in between. As I’ve gotten older I’ve learned to embrace the painful parts, because I realize they make me stronger and they are just parts of life. It hurts to power through the rough times but just like a muscle, it must be exercised before it’s able to become stronger.
Think about a specific painful moment in your life, and then think about how that feeling didn’t last forever even though you thought it would. Remember that life will continue to go on and time really does heal all wounds. I’m grateful for all the love and all the heartache I’ve experienced in my life. Both have been equally wonderful.
Every morning when the sun rises, I am a changed person. There is no use looking back at yesterday. I am no longer the person I was back then. Changed by the experiences I’ve had, the lessons I have learnt, and the love I have received. It’s time to move forward and embrace the life that I’ve been given. Be grateful for the many blessings that have been bestowed upon me. And start living a life of passion. There will always be ups and downs, good times and bad, losses and gains.
Life is about learning lessons, showing love in the process, and growing into the beautiful souls we are meant to become. Don’t let yesterday rob you of your happiness today. Every time the sun rises, it’s a new opportunity to make your life the best of your life. Enjoy every moment.
Life will always be filled with ups and downs. It’s the law of nature. Yin and yang, light and dark. It’s the nature of life and it’s okay. We must embrace the duality inherent within life. Without night, there is no day. Without male, there is no female. Without black, there is no white. Without negative, there is no positive.
Spending your life trying to make every thing be light only creates suffering. Spending your energy to only hold on to light is not freedom. We must learn to embrace the darkness, and in doing so, we transform ourselves. In accepting the nature of life, we accept what is and what isn’t and experience freedom. Life will always have expansion and contraction. When you stop seeking for perfection outside in the constantly changing world and realize that inside you is the ultimate perfection, that your soul is perfect beyond duality, beyond good or bad-when you understand that, you are free. Truly free. You see that life is perfect even in its seeming imperfection. Peace is an inside job. Don’t look for peace in the world because you won’t find. You can’t truly be free until you deal with the duality of life, to come into a harmonious relationship with what it is. Learn to dance with the reality of life.
