How to make yourself do what you don’t want to do:

1. Rather than listening to the voice in your head that is screaming “I hate this & I don’t want to do this”, think about why it is a GOOD thing to do.

2. Instead of trying to pretend that you don’t feel this way, accept that you are feeling very blah and negative.

3. Don’t think about results and how well you think you’ll do, as this could raise your feelings of anxiety and fear, just think about “right now” and the first thing you can do.

4. Accept that life is tough, and is full of things that suck, but recognise that doing hard stuff is better in the end.
You’ll likely have more choices and freedom, if you do.

5. Just do a little bit for now, then give yourself a proper break, then go back and do some more, and soon you’ll find you’re in the flow.

6. Don’t allow your mind to wander and think of other things.
Stay focused for that short time and then stop, and have fun.

Life is precious, and it’s what you do with it that keeps you alive on the inside.
It’s not enough just to live and take that gift for granted.
Each one of us has fears, but the more we work to overcome them, the more we are able to enjoy our lives.
Fear varies by perspective or experience.
The thing is, if you’re living your life in fear, then you’re just not living.

I believe that life is a prize.
But to live doesn’t mean you’re alive.
Try to face one of your fears today.

Observe yourself when you feel fear or anger.
Focus on the feeling.
Don’t focus on what’s caused it.
Not the stimulus, the stimulation.
Most strong reactions we feel are reactions to the past, not the present.
(If it’s hysterical it’s historical).

We will be more effective when we move beyond unconscious programming and respond from a place of peace.
We will be at PEACE sooner when we deal with information not inflammation.

Don’t spend it scrolling through everyone else’s life.
Don’t spend it wishing you had someone else’s life.

People settle because they’re afraid something better won’t come along.
They fear they aren’t good enough.
You are worth exactly what you want in life, but you have to believe it or you won’t attract something better.

Take a moment to realize your worth.

I know the easy option is to keep waiting until you are ‘ready’ but it’s going to get to a point where you realise that ‘someday’ is today and that there is no right time.

Ignore the fear of failure and jump when you need to.
It’s better to fail than to not try at all.

Put everything on the line for your dreams.
Gamble high, go all in.
There’s no playing it safe when it comes to this.
There’s no fear.
If you’re going to do something, risk it all.
Let everyone know what you’re doing, leave nothing in the safety net.
It’s going to be scary, you’re going to feel uncomfortable and that’s normal.
But don’t be so afraid to try something and be all about it.
You have to do what you’re passionate about.

Fears stop you from all things possible.
Don’t let fear get in the way of anything, especially your dreams.
Did you know that FEAR is actually an acronym that stands for False Evidence Appearing Real?
In other words, your fears are not real because they’re not actually happening they’re based on things that haven’t happened yet and therefore don’t exist.

Replace a fear with a wish or a dream for your life and choose to focus on that instead.

Too many of us are not living our dreams because we are living our fears.
