A better life doesn’t mean much if you don’t know how to be there for it.

“Your best” means the best you can do while being the best you.
Your only competition is that past version of yourself.
You have to supersede your past, that’s all.

Listen to your limits.
“Your best” is better when you’re happy and healthy.
