(This video got nothing to do with the post above. Who else saw recession coming in UK!?! Now news channels are discussing about it as if it’s a surprise. UK’s economy is on a decline since the end of 2019. Government just tried to hide it behind cash transfers during COVID & cheap mortgages, now the same monster is coming back to bite.)

There is an Arabic saying that goes this way:

“You want to die?”
Then throw yourself into the sea and you’ll see yourself fighting to survive.
You do not want to kill yourself.
Rather you want to kill something inside of you.

Communication is vital to every relationship.
There are people out there whose personalities just don’t mix with yours.
Don’t waste your time trying to figure out why.
Just go where you are wanted and understood, and everything else will fall into place.

If there’s someone in your life you are having trouble communicating with, try to work it out.
Be sure the tone in your voice comes from a place of love and respect to connect with them.
Only surround yourself with people who you can communicate with.

There’s a difference between hanging on to the past and learning from it.
What’s done is done, and I realized it’s important not to dwell because I can’t change what’s already happened.
But at the same time I want to be mindful of the past and learn from my mistakes and my successes in life.
The future excites me too, but at the end of the day, all we have is this moment now and we must cherish and love it.

Make a conscious effort to live in the present today.
When you catch yourself obsessing over the past or worrying about the future just remember to be right now.

Learn from the past and share your experiences with others.
Cherish the present and look forward to the future.

If we want to achieve great things, we must be intentional to focus on the right things, even when chaos arises.
If we are not intentional with our thought life, then our human nature will automatically focus on the problem rather than finding and creating solutions.

What you focus on multiplies.
So undoubtedly, when you focus on your problems for too long, they will begin to feel big and overwhelming.
When you allow your problems to be the loudest voice in the room, you lose sight of hope and possibility.

While it’s important to acknowledge the problems that exist, no good can evolve from focusing on your problems.
It will not change your situation, make things better, or shift the atmosphere and pave the way for a breakthrough.

Here’s the good thing: the problems you face, while they may be roadblocks, they cannot keep you from the future that was intended for you.
