Every good thing takes time.
You can’t rush things.
Growth is not linear, but a journey; one filled with challenges and opportunities to push to your destination.
No one can do it for you, it’s your journey.
And there will be days you’ll want to give up, but you can keep going.
There are no shortcuts to get there, so you have to embrace the process.

Think progress, not perfection.
Allow yourself to grow in the process.
Make room for failure too.
Just do your daily practice and cultivate a kind heart.
Bet on hard work.
Abandon impatience.
The results will come down when they’re ready.
Remember, consistent small steps are way better than just one big step with no further progress.

Sooner or later, you have to start.
Stop saying you’ll do it ‘one day’ and just do it.
At some point you have to make the first move.
You have to make all the things you plan inside your head happen.
You need to start taking steps to get what you want even if they are baby steps.
It’s time to start working on that life you have always dreamed of.
Put the fear of FAILURE aside and just do it.
The one thing more scary than starting is REGRET.

Kindness is free.
– It’s okay to have bad days, But don’t let those bad days make you believe you have a bad life. They will pass.
Everyone’s journey is different.
– You are loved and you are enough, always.
Spread love & positivity.
– Focus on the things you can control and let go of things you can’t.
Don’t put so much pressure on yourself to have it all figured out.
– You need to believe in yourself first, so others can believe in you.
Stop comparing yourself to others.
– Nobody has it all figured out (even if it looks like they do).
