Throw away the idea that you need to pause your life until you are fully healed, this is a different way of being attached to perfection.
Real progress happens when you make better decisions in the midst of living.
You can simultaneously heal your past while being open to the present.

I think sometimes people believe that worrying has some kind of productive purpose.
Worry sucks all of your energy and joy out of whatever it is you’re doing.
It’s human nature to worry, but when we do it constantly, we run into more problems.
It may give you something to do, but you don’t get anywhere.

The next time you are worrying about something, try to remember that you aren’t always in control.
Instead, do practical things like make a budget or create a schedule.
Be proactive and let go of the stress.
After all, it won’t change a thing.
Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow; it empties today of its strength.

When your mental health isn’t in the best state, give yourself a break.

Don’t feel guilty for things you can’t do.
Normal things like eating, sleeping or socialising may be difficult, it’s okay to struggle.
Rest, recover, be kind to yourself and know the bad times are temporary.

True me.. Tap-1062..

The coolest people I know:

1. Don’t respond to negativity.
2. Don’t speak poorly about others.
3. Remain consistent in their walk of life.
4. Show up on right time.
5. Give without expectations.
6. Deliberately remain optimistic.
7. Never nitpick or brag.
8. Show gratitude.
9. Have good manners.
10. Make no excuses.
11. Shower random acts of kindness without hidden agenda.

(This video got something to do with the post above. Right when you thought ‘these crypto/NFT punters can’t go more dumb’, now you see you were wrong. These dumbfucks literally launching a ELON-GOAT token & planning to request Elon Musk to launch a fake rocket to space during next spaceX launch. I mean, this can’t get more dumber. Fun part: people still brag about such bullshits & follow/like crypto accounts in social media.)

Sometimes it’s your light that allows others see their own light,
and in others their shadows as a result they flee from you because the “light is bright” as someone said.

It’s not up to you to do anything.
It’s up to them to face their shadow self.

True me.. Tap-1061..

DON’T COMPARE YOUR actual self to a hypothetical self.
Don’t drown in a sea of ‘what if’s.
Don’t clutter your mind by imagining other versions of you, in parallel universes, where you made different decisions.
The internet age encourages choice and comparison, but don’t do this to yourself.
Theodore Roosevelt said; “Comparison is the thief of joy”.

You are you.
The past is the past.
The only way to make a better life is from inside the present.
To focus on regret does nothing but turn that very present into another thing you will wish you did differently.

Accept your own reality.
Be human enough to make mistakes.
Be human enough not to dread the future.
Be human enough to be, well, enough.
Accepting where you are in life makes it so much easier to be happy for other people without feeling terrible about yourself.
BE YOU.

Intelligent people are attractive for different reasons.
They believe in a good education.
They remain consistent.
They learn to speak in another language.
&
The most important; they know what’s going on in the world.

True me.. Tap-1060..

Six things mentally strong people do;

1. They move on.
They don’t waste time feeling sorry for themselves.

2. They embrace change.
They welcome challenges.

3. They stay happy.

4. They are kind, fair, and unafraid to speak up.

5. They are willing to take calculated risks.

6. They celebrate other people’s success.
They don’t resent that success.
