Okay, so you wanna know why you’re not seeing results? It might be ’cause you’re all over the place. Like, one day you’re eating clean, next day it’s pizza and ice cream. Or You’re all about the gym, then you ditch it for a week.
Newsflash: your body and mind love routine. Jumping around like a crazy person doesn’t help. So, chill out, pick a path, and stick with it. Your future self will thank you (and so will your abs). Your inconsistency is your worst enemy.
Inconsistency is like a never-ending game of hot and cold. It messes with your head and makes you wonder what’s real. It’s like trying to catch a greased pig – impossible!!
Stay away from everyone & everything that’s inconsistent.
Observant people are always one step ahead. They might not say much, but they notice and hear everything. They notice inconsistencies in patterns of behaviour. They notice body cues. They notice strategic kindness. And, They easily notice inauthentic energy.
Don’t blame people for disappointing you. It’s your fault that you are too late to catch inconsistencies. Keep your sanity & focus in check. Become more observant in life.
Most people are like fast fashion. With fast fashion; seasons change, styles change, after 6 months you find the same clothes in discounted aisle. And it’s meaningless to buy a sweater in 34°c summer. Next destination of that piece of clothing is a landfill.
Same with people, most people become inconsistent, they put themselves in discounted aisle with their useless cheap deceptive mentality/approach, and i avoid that discounted section. You too should avoid that discounted section. Start rewarding inconsistency with unavailability.
A healthy self-esteem will stop you from being instantly impressed by anything/anyone, it will keep you away from instant gratification, it will make sure you never entertain inconsistency, it will stop you from moving in with a person or an idea which isn’t fruitful for you, and it will stop you from settling down with cheap attention or a bad deal.
Until you have a healthy relationship with yourself, you won’t have a healthy relationship with someone else or something else. The most powerful relationship you will ever have is the relationship with yourself, that’s called SELF-ESTEEM.
I saw a post today that said, “When you finally learn your place in peoples lives, your feelings won’t get hurt. And loyalty doesn’t mean accepting unlimited amounts of inconsistency & pain from others”.
Whether it’s friends, family or whoever. I swear that’s the truth and one of the most important life lessons you’ll learn.
People who achieved too little in life, always act like they got too much going on. Proper INCONSISTENCY at play. The fun part is; you will find them in same spot even after next 10 years.
I’m not perfect and I don’t have to be. When I first realized this I felt an intense relief. This realization allowed me to actually become a better person. It gave me the strength to embrace my flaws and learn from my mistakes. The pressure melted away. I wouldn’t have been able to start examining my mistakes if I felt like I had to be perfect. Once I found out it was okay to be imperfect, everything changed for the better.
Don’t criticize yourself for making mistakes. Just be conscious, make new mistakes & learn from older ones. Remove inconsistency from life. LIFE IS FUN, LET IT BE.
(This video got nothing to do with the post above. I am a big sucker for every marvel cinematic universe character & yes i liked HAWKEYE. I didn’t know Jeremy Renner has some amazing songs till yesterday. I am kinda into this song. Thanks to my bestie DEMI for the recommendation. Those who fancy my snapchat stories & question since when i play piano, answer is since my grade-6 days.)
I’m a firm believer in leaving this world a better place for future generations. Being an optimistic person has presented me with so many extraordinary opportunities to give back, to volunteer, and to touch so many lives along the way. I’ve had the privilege of advocating for those dealing with bullying, eating disorders, and mental health issues. Everyone has causes close to their hearts, so whatever you’re passionate about, do something to make a difference. Do your part to make this world a better place.
I have been through enough ups & downs in my close to 30 life. I gave myself oppertunity to live/work/study in 4 cities/countries. I graduated engineering & MBA way back. The friends who entered my life those days are still intact, that’s my biggest flex. My address will change again next year. I will not say i enjoy travelling, everyone does. I will say, i relocate every 2-3 years. The more people i came in touch with the more i understood, we live in a world of WEAK MEN & GIRLS BUSY IN TIKTOK. Proper inconsistency at play. Still there’s hope to experience a world focused on growth, happiness & fulfillment. WISHING YOU ALL A PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR 2022. LOVE AND RESPECT.
