Wake up early.
Drink coffee.
Workout.
Meditate or do yoga.
Work hard.
Be ambitious.
Keep your priorities straight, your mind right and your head up.
Do well, live well and dress really well.

Do what you love, love what you do.
It is time to start living.

True me.. Tap-978..

Your anger?
It’s telling you where you feel powerless.
Your anxiety?
It’s telling you that something in your life is off balance.
Your fear?
It’s telling you what you care about.
Your apathy?
It’s telling you where you’re overextended and burnt out.

Your feelings aren’t random, they are messengers.
And if you want to get anywhere, you need to be able to let them speak to you, and tell you what you really need.

(This video got nothing to do with the post above. Adults seeking advice from elementary school kids on how to cope up with life, literally the world is losing it’s sense of balance. Thinking of kids, this is more than cute in my eyes. I asked my friend Frank’s 20 month old nephew what he wants to eat when we were in supermarket. He replied; “EVERYTHING IN THAT” while pointing his finger to the ice cream freezer. Why can’t adults be this simple as kids!! LIFE IS FUN, LET IT BE.)

You will continue to suffer if you have an emotional reaction to everything that is said to you.
True power is sitting back and observing things with logic.
True power is restraint.
If words control you that means everyone else can control you.
Breathe and allow things to pass.

True me.. Tap-977..

There’s nothing more unattractive than when I see someone acting really nice to someone who has power and treating someone else badly because in their eyes they are lower on the social ladder.
The best way to find out who someone really is, is to notice if they treat all people with equality.
If they don’t, it’s worth reevaluating your relationship.

Treat all people the same, with love, respect, and kindness, regardless of their financial or social position in life.
You are no better or worse than anyone else because of what you have or don’t have.

If you want to see the true measure of a man, watch how he treats his inferiors, not his equals.

Throw away the idea that you need to pause your life until you are fully healed; this is a different way of being attached to perfection.
Progress happens when you make better decisions in the midst of living.
You can simultaneously heal your past while being open to the present.

True me.. Tap-976..

Farmers aren’t getting minimum price, milk production isn’t profitable, coffee is heavily under paid for business owners, fishing boats aren’t getting enough fish, truck drivers shortage & transportation companies are in loss.

I told these previous few lines to my dad while laughing at a news bulletin. That news anchor was trying to show how we are almost there to hit Armageddon.
My dad’s response to this was amazing.
He said;
“Who will give interviews to these news media networks if everyone starts doing well in life? And those who are doing well have no time for other’s bullshit. Once you have your shit together, you don’t care about such news.”

I totally agree with him on this one.
Tunnel vision is a product of success.

(This video got nothing to do with the post above. The title of this video is “HOW SAFE IS THE CHICKEN YOU ARE EATING?”. It’s frightening to see what damage poultry chicken can cause to our body. I had to edit today’s post to share this. Watch it & take enough precautions with your food. Stay safe.)

You deserve to be in spaces and relationships that make you happy; that feed your soul and help you grow.
You are worthy of connections that are loving, nourishing and genuine.
Before you settle for anything less than, remind yourself that the places you visit and people you journey with through life should make you feel safe, loved and enough.

True me.. Tap-975..

Sometimes we need tears to be able to access the deepest joy.
When times are hard, make sure you allow yourself to feel the sadness.
Let your tears fall knowing that they will surely pass and something wonderful is on its way to you.

If you’re sad, take some time to try and remember the joy that will undoubtedly follow.
Remember it’s always darkest before the dawn.

Weeping may endure for a night but joy cometh in the morning.
-PSALM 30:5.

(This video got nothing to do with the post above. Can’t say how appropriate is this song in such circumstances. But a light-hearted humour is welcome even during the darkest days. This song is both quirky & funny. Power to peace.)

The most important lesson I’ve learned over this past year is,
don’t let anybody make you cruel.
No matter how badly you want to give the world a taste of its own bitter medicine,
it is never worth losing yourself.

Tru2Day1074

Mental health is so important.
Prioritize your personal wellness.
Take time to nurture yourself.

Don’t do things that you’re not happy with.
Don’t rush your healing. Relax.
Don’t judge where you’re at.
Don’t judge where you think you should be.
Just be kind and patient with yourself.
