While work is often seen as the cornerstone of success, rest plays an equally vital role. It’s during rest that our bodies and minds recharge, allowing us to perform at our best. Adequate sleep helps improve focus, memory, and decision-making.
Taking breaks throughout the day prevents burnout and increases overall productivity. Remember, rest isn’t laziness; it’s a necessary investment in your well-being and performance.
Attention spans these days are like goldfish memories on steroids. Blink and you’ve missed it! It’s a world of endless distractions, holding focus is a superpower. So, when you find something truly captivating, don’t just glance – dive deep. Let it consume you, even if just for a little while.
Because in this fast-paced life, those moments of undivided attention are like finding a quiet oasis in a bustling city. Attention is a rare bird in today’s noisy world, when you find something that you want more of it, hold it tight.
Self-care isn’t just holidays and massages. Self-care is working on your habits. Self-care is working on your mindset. Self-care is healing your past. Self-care is discarding toxic thoughts from your head. Self-care is removing toxic people from your life. Self-care is erasing toxic places from your memory lane.
Self-care is living intentionally. Self-care is living purposefully. Self-care is living consciously.
Life is made up of moments. Small moments. Big moments. Funny moments. Sad moments. Joyous moments. And also some amazing moments no one saw coming. No matter what you do, stay consistent & live for the moment.
Every passing moment is another chance to create memories. And life is full of moments. Make them beautiful and memorable.

We all have a bag. We all pack differently. Some of us are traveling light. Some of us are secret hoarders who’ve never parted with a memory in our lives. I think we are all called to figure out how to carry our bag to the best of our ability, how to unpack it, and how to face the mess.
I think part of growing up is learning how to sit down on the floor with all your things and figuring out what to take with you and what to leave behind. (Not my words.)
You’ve got to ask yourself what you’re living for, who you’re living for, and if none of those answers begin with you then you’re living your life wrong. You’re living a lie.
Everything you do should revolve around you. Every person, every place, ever moment should start and end with you. This is your life and you shouldn’t spend it on dull things, in people who don’t understand the type of love you carry within your bones. Because you only live once and it’s your job to make it count. So let every day be yours, own it and never apologize for being who you are.
By OVERTHINKING we often create problems that aren’t even there. Maybe you should stop overthinking so much and trust the way life happens. Things change. Every year you grow into someone else. Every year you have the opportunity to start over again and begin, to rise and face the world the way that you want to. Take this with you, you beautiful human being.
Don’t be afraid to fail. Don’t be afraid to fall. Don’t be afraid to get your heart broken. Don’t be afraid at all. The fear is in your head. The doubt is in your heart. And regret survives in the memory. That is, if you feed it, if you give into it. So please, before you go, remember overthinking is a self-inflicting act. It is the suicide, the doubt of self, the tragedy no one understands. It is instant death without lifting a single sword. So don’t give in to it, you know you’re stronger than that and capable of so much more.
Trust that some of the best days of your life haven’t even happened yet. There are going to be nights that will stay burned beneath your eyelids, memories that dance underneath your skin. Life is going to exceed your expectations, it is going to astonish you with its timing. Remember you have not felt it all. The world still has so much left for you.
Tomorrow is an upgrade of today. Life is fun. Let it be.
(This video got nothing to do with the post above. Talking about Indian parents; i am a 6ft tall 78kilo kid to my Indian parents & I have a younger brother, both of us have engineering degrees. After graduating engineering, my first job was a software engineer. Then MBA. Now a data analytics professional since a while. Basically if you are an Indian kid, you don’t have many career options except Engineer or Doctor.)
What is the point in being alive if you are not going to try for something? If you are not going to at least attempt to make your time here remarkable? Stop holding yourself back. Tell the person that makes your stomach ache with hope that every part of your heart is tender for them, even if you think you aren’t ready. Don’t just fantasize about your dream job, actively pursue it, and if that door is not open, knock it down. Dreaming about a new business, go for it & own yourself. Got a goal? GO, Fetch it. Buy the plane ticket, climb a mountain, swim to shred after an intense workout session, surf when it’s raining, pet your canadian warmblood horse like a sweet puppy, surprise your mates & university bitches with some butt naked snapchat streaks on a beach, let your friends tease you “Aquaman minus SUPERPOWERS”, jump the fence, kiss an angel, makeout in the middle of a concert, full throttle that AMG to 150mph cruising through Autobahn while touring cross-country with your bestfriend.
Make sure that you don’t allow your fear to hold you back. Instead, look your fear in the face and invite it to dinner, become it’s friend. Live alongside it, let it make you feel alive. Just choose impossibility. Choose risk. Choose making mistakes, new mistakes, and making memories, and making it up as you go. Just choose to embrace whatever time you do have here, stay consistent on your life path, because life is finite, and fragile, and it vanishes too quickly. Just make it worth it. Make it count. Life is fun, let it be.
