(This video got nothing to do with the post above. Adults seeking advice from elementary school kids on how to cope up with life, literally the world is losing it’s sense of balance. Thinking of kids, this is more than cute in my eyes. I asked my friend Frank’s 20 month old nephew what he wants to eat when we were in supermarket. He replied; “EVERYTHING IN THAT” while pointing his finger to the ice cream freezer. Why can’t adults be this simple as kids!! LIFE IS FUN, LET IT BE.)

Mental health is so important.
Prioritize your personal wellness.
Take time to nurture yourself.

Don’t do things that you’re not happy with.
Don’t rush your healing. Relax.
Don’t judge where you’re at.
Don’t judge where you think you should be.
Just be kind and patient with yourself.

No matter what you’re going through, there’s a light at the end of the tunnel.
It may seem hard to get to it, but you can do it.
Just keep working toward it and you’ll find the positive side of things.
I’ve realized that I can always find something to look forward to.
Big or small, it helps to get me through those rough patches.

It’s easy to look back and question decisions you have made in the past, but it’s unfair to punish yourself for them.
You can’t blame yourself for not knowing back then what you know now, and the truth is you made each decision for a reason, based on how you were feeling at the time.

As we grow up we learn and we evolve.
Maybe the person you are now would have done things differently back then, or maybe you are the person you are now, because of the decisions you made back then.
Trust your journey, it’s all going to make sense soon.
