Sometimes friends ask me how my arms look like it ate a dinosaur for breakfast & how do I look so strong!
Also sometimes my friends ask me how i stay motivated even during tough times!
Sometimes these same friends ask what’s the secret to success in life!
I don’t have answers to any of these.
But, all I can say it always boils down to your mindset.

Your desire for fitness, success or a healthy relationship, all starts from your mindset.
I never think beyond the coming day.
I get this current one day right every single day consistently.
That’s my only secret.
Success is a strategic mindset, there’s no other way to answer it.

You need to ignore what everyone else is doing and achieving.
You need to start achieving for yourself.
Your life is about breaking your own limits.
Your life is about outgrowing yourself.
Your life is about living your best life.
You are not in competition with anyone else.

Plan to outdo your past, not other people.
Stop comparing.
Start living your unique journey.

My biggest flex is;
My circle is tight knit & really small.
It’s so small that when my phone rings at any specific time of the day, I already know who’s calling.

Stay away from people who can’t own their words.
Stay away from people who can’t take responsibility for their actions.
Stay away from people who make you feel bad for being upset/angry at them when they do you wrong.
These are the kind of people who are victims of the crime they committed.
You can’t fix them, just avoid them.

Life is short.
Cut out negativity.
Forget gossip.
Say goodbye to people who hurt you.
Clean intention must drive your actions.
Spend your days with the people who are your people.

As you get older you start to see who was raised properly.
So many people are just inconsistent who lack basic decency of communication, understanding & respect.

People think I’m brutal because my words are sharp.
I’m cool with what people think.
Your thoughts are yours.
My words are my decision, which are based on my values.
I see what you don’t,
I say what you won’t,
&
I live how you can’t, better or best that’s debatable.

I live my life the way where everything is a YES or NO to me.
I don’t have the urge to think beyond that.
I don’t have the luxury to waste my time.
In short, I am a logical decisive person.
Decision making is easy when your values are clear.
