1. Setting short term & long term goals. 2. Daily walks/going outside everyday. 3. Scheduling your days. 4. Meditating everyday. 5. Using cold water for 1 min at the end of each shower. 6. Working out/ exercising.
It’s the little things in life. It’s the people who don’t just text you, but take the time out of their day to put you in their schedule; no matter how busy they are. It’s the friends that are authentic and don’t fake what they feel. The people who are straight with you and accept you for who you are; down to the raw scars and burns. It’s the pure feeling of happiness while driving your AMG when you’re listening to music with people you love and there is absolutely no where else in the entire world you would rather be. It’s the feeling like we’ll live forever, like we’re young forever. It’s the love that soothes our heart which makes life feel happy to die for. It’s the love that breaks our hearts but knowing the feeling of pain and feeling the pain, but getting through the pain; only to be grateful for the feel of life, the feel of living.
Moments and little things, acts that make every breathe so incredibly amazing. That’s what I live for; these moments that make us feel infinite. Life is fun. Let it be.
1. Create a schedule/timeline/deadline for everything.
2. Break the task into manageable sections.
3. Do the most difficult task first, easy ones next.
4. Take Breaks, but always be consistent.
5. Give yourself an incentive to finish.
6. Realise you are not alone. We all have to do things we don’t enjoy sometimes.
7. Keep reminding yourself “You are the most expensive thing in this world”.
I may look little rude sometimes, but catch me around my friends “TAP is the biggest goofball”. I can say the same for summer. This is one of my favourite songs when my mood is light. Let’s hope & pray to see a happy healed healthy open world soon. Get vaccinated & stay safe.
Every Saturday or Sunday I devote 25 minutes to schedule next month’s posts you see here everyday 7am & 7pm. My friends suggest “I should write more words to elaborate it further or something like an article”. My problem is “I don’t have that much patience or drive to write something more than 100-200 words without getting paid for it”.😜
Still I see few people appreciate what I write & I swear I adore all. My expertise is limited to fields of data analytics, making little money with my business & punish myself with 200 push-ups when I eat an extra slice of cheesecake. Yeah I bake amazing sugar free cheesecake & sourdough pizza every weekend. Appreciated.
The only constant in life is “CHANGE”. Everything around you including your schedule, surrounding, people, people’s behaviour, your relationships/career/bank balance, your perspective towards seeing life, everything will change with time. You aren’t allowed to give up. Adapt & Advance towards a better tomorrow.
