True me.. Tap-570..

How many of you struggle to say NO? If you’re one like that, you probably have the tendency to want to make other people happy even at your own expense. For most of us, saying NO is a real challenge. We humans are naturally caring. Our personality often makes us feel like it’s our job to take care of other people’s needs and saying NO can feel like a personal failure. In such moment, we are more than happy to make sacrifices for others. However once our energy drains with a sense of overwhelm, they lead us to regret.

First prioritize self care before thinking about other person’s wellbeing or pain. Keep things simple & real. Life is fun, let it be.

It’s so important to prioritize your well-being and devote time to yourself. People often take advantage of you. Every person’s superpower is intuition. Very few tend to have accurate gut reactions to others and this helps shield them and their loved ones from those who are dishonest and ill intentions.

With that said, all applicable towards people with an empathetic heart. Yet an empath’s intuition can’t protect them from everything. They can still fall prey to deception, narcissism and toxicity. So be mindful of people who try to take advantage of your compassionate empathetic and kind nature.

Being empathetic has some side effects as well. If you’re a genuine empath, others emotions can flip yours like switch. Have you ever had a day that was going great until it wasn’t because it was ruined by someone else’s bad day!? Imagine a day when you accomplished a lot of goodness, got positive feedback, focused on self care & feeling overall optimistic and confident. Then someone comes home, or you get a call or you meet up with a friend and their day isn’t going so well.

If you’re an empath, your own emotions immediately shift toward whatever they’re feeling, which can be disappointment, anger, worried or whatever. It’s like you lived through their day and not your own. This can make it difficult to hold space for that person as you attempt to cope with the same challenging emotions. People who can’t keep up with own emotional strides always bring negative impact to others. Learn to own yourself with time.

Society loves to ingrain this idea in our heads from parents to professional figures to religious leaders to government officials that “You have to trust and obey all authority”. You clearly don’t have to follow this. We are led to believe that we must obey authority. As soon as you begin to question this belief with critical thinking, you’ll see how unjust an irrational authority can be. Although this isn’t always the case, you should never blindly follow or trust authority simply because they have power. If everyone followed orders because rules are rules society would never seek progress.

Think about the greatest historical movements would never have been possible without the people who rebelled against authority. Humans are profoundly social beings. We have an inherent need for connection, acceptance and love. And some people will do whatever it takes to gain social approval, the fear of being left out abandoned or lonely often pushes people to suppress their authentic desires. You probably know that forcing yourself to do something just because someone told you to it’s not a good decision. But it’s harder to be mindful when society tells you to do or believe certain things that go against your true intentions. We must question the beliefs and social norms that we inherited to be able to start on the path of independent thinking. Then we can live as our most authentic selves and make decisions that support our well-being.

Every single time there is some negative bullshit or conspiracy theory, it always goes back towards one group of people. Anti-vaxxer, anti-mask, global warming denial, flat-earth & it’s followed by some hundred others. It’s effecting the whole world because the news media is majorly controlled by west. Right now is the right time to show an amazing middle finger to the ones who were screaming “Kill Bill gates or Fire Dr.Fauchi”. Actually it’s not just the problem of USA. I was gobsmacked while returning from airport in my Uber when i saw people burning 4G towers with the belief in hoax theory of 5G waves causing COVID, you can’t even laugh to that level of nonsense/illiteracy. In such moments we need right people to show the light, every little effort counts no matter from where you are reading this.

We appreciate those whom we want & sometimes we stop appreciating a person no matter how good equation we shared in past. Liking someone because of familiarity doesn’t make sense.

My key to HAPPINESS; neither it’s a secret nor it’s a rocket science. I either keep myself productive or keep myself entertained, not a single minute left unused. Apart from these two, everything else is a waste of time in my eyes.

You don’t have to be religious to be a good person. A lot of people in society believe that, the only way to be a good person is to be religious. And that if you don’t identify with any of the major religions of the world, then clearly you have no values or morals.

While most religions typically have morality at the core of their teachings, morality and spirituality don’t always go hand in hand. You don’t need religion to be a good person. Secular humanists possess ethical values like kindness, compassion and altruism. You don’t need to subscribe to an entire belief system to be morally just.
