True me.. Tap-636..

The hardest part about wanting something real is trying to convince everybody you’re not crazy for feeling like you deserve it. But then you realize, you don’t have to prove anything to anybody.

All you have to do is…
Be patient enough to make it right. Be committed enough to make it strong. Be honest enough to make it last. Us genuine ones deserve something great, we deserve something authentic. And we reserve the right not to be impressed with the usual. It’s not about being too picky or having unrealistic expectations, it’s about knowing you’ve dealt with enough of the BS and you’ve earned the right to have a preference.

Stay true to you, even when nobody gets it. Trust your heart, even when you’re scared. Believe in love, even after you’ve been hurt. Things get better the minute we stop expecting them to be perfect. Timing is everything, so always remember: Some amazing things can happen when you mix patience with hope.

8 THINGS LIFE TEACHES YOU WITH EXPERIENCE:

1. If you are unsatisfied with your situation, face the facts. You can either do something about it or accept it. Everything else is being a crybaby.

2. Starting is the hardest part, but even if you fail you’ll grow just from trying.

3. Judge people based on your interactions with them, not on what other people say.

4. Take responsibility for your mistakes. It is hard but people will respect you for being mature and honest.

5. When you want something, don’t settle for mediocrity. Give it your all.

6. Obsessing over the past is the worst way to waste your time.

7. Try to fix the problem before being pissed off at yourself. Sometimes it’s an easy mistake and you won’t have to kick yourself for making the mistake.

8. Make conversation with whoever you can and whenever you can. You can meet some interesting people.

How many of you struggle to say NO? If you’re one like that, you probably have the tendency to want to make other people happy even at your own expense. For most of us, saying NO is a real challenge. We humans are naturally caring. Our personality often makes us feel like it’s our job to take care of other people’s needs and saying NO can feel like a personal failure. In such moment, we are more than happy to make sacrifices for others. However once our energy drains with a sense of overwhelm, they lead us to regret.

First prioritize self care before thinking about other person’s wellbeing or pain. Keep things simple & real. Life is fun, let it be.

What makes people trust you? Less so than your true reliability or assets, warmth is a crucial factor in establishing trust. People are more open to trusting those who portray themselves warmly in a non-competitive and friendly truthful manner. This theory is known as stereotype content model. It suggests that people are more likely to judge people based on their warmth than anything else, even intelligence and financial status.

While knowledge and money can earn you respect, warmth will elicit trust. Earn trust with warmth.

The biggest hurdle on your way to happiness is self-loathing. Self-loathing is very similar to insecurity. And if you experience it, know that you’re not alone. Almost everyone experiences some form of self-hate at one time or another. It’s the feeling you are not enough, unworthy or undeserving of the good things in life, like love and happiness. The truth is that, everyone deserves love and happiness. But we’re often taught the opposite. It may arise from a history of abuse, cultural or social messages or being excluded.

Bad relationships, failures and many other different experiences can lead you to believe that, there is something inherently wrong with you. Well, there isn’t and self-loathing will only bring you down even if you’ve made decisions that you’re not proud of. You can learn from your mistakes, hating yourself over them will not do you any good. Let go of your self-loathing. It’s a barrier to your happiness. And you do deserve to be happy.

Every lie is a story which isn’t woven to reality, basically such stories never mean logic or sense because of a liar’s previous track record. People who follow a truthful life are different, such people portray their life with confidence. & Confident people don’t lie to themselves. They also don’t tell themselves things like; I’m too old, I’m not smart enough or I’m not attractive enough. They don’t hide behind denial or limiting beliefs that simply offer an excuse to remain stuck in the status quo. They are real with themselves even when the truth seems daunting. Live for yourself.

Lying may be more common than you think. One study found that 40% of adults lie at least once in a day, usually in small ways. And even though some people lie more or less than others, a lie is a lie. So how do you navigate a world full of liars when you value honesty and integrity. Here are two major traits of genuinely honest people so you can decide whether you or someone in your life is truly a honest person:

1. They have a calm yet strong speaking voice. One of the easiest telltale signs of lying is an aggressive voice when you catch someone in a lie, they’ll often raise their voice in defense as a way to establish power. Honest people rarely become defensive when they’re asked questions, even if those questions seem accusatory in nature. When an honest person replies, their tone of voice is calm and consistent since there is no possible way they’ll be found out. They have nothing to worry about. There is no reason to lie or make up a story. There’s nothing to hide.

2. Honest people come across as rude sometimes. They are less concerned with catering to your feelings. They would rather tell you a truth that hurts then let you believe a lie that makes you feel good about yourself. They aren’t afraid to tell the truth, even if it means they’ll come across as rude or harsh. Because of this fact you might think an honest person is mean sometimes. If you’re not ready for the raw unadulterated truth, then don’t ask an honest person. They’re Not going to sugarcoat a situation or pretend that everything is OK. When it isn’t OK, they’ll present the facts and give their personal opinions even if it’s not what you want to hear. If you’ve ever received tough information from an honest person know that their intent is not malice, It’s HONESTY.

Never badmouth others. No matter it’s in a professional or social setting, it’s not appropriate to badmouth people. You certainly will not earn any respect by doing this. If you’re unhappy with someone and what they’re doing, talk to them and work things out. Don’t talk behind their back. That’s the kind of behavior that attracts gossip and negativity. Not only does it reflect badly on you as a person. It also hurts the other party whether you realize that or not.

So be honest and transparent when you’re communicating with others. Always act as if the person you’re talking about is right there with you.
