Each and every one of us has a different beginning to our story. Our lives all start in different places, but when we dedicate our hearts and minds to what we are most passionate about, there is no stopping us. Reward and success are measured by how much you try and how much you receive.
Be proud of who you are and where you came from. Look forward to wherever it is you are going and who it is you want to be.
It matters not what someone is born, but what they grow to be. -J. K. ROWLING
If we want to see success in our lives, we must intentionally work towards what we’re purposed to do. We cannot get distracted by anything outside of our purpose or compromise our creativity, vision, or convictions because we believe that we’ll obtain more success or get more recognition or praise through our change in direction.
It doesn’t work like that. Because success is connected to purpose, not trends of popularity.
One of the definitions of success is “the accomplishment of one’s goals”. We have to keep OUR GOALS in front of us, not someone else’s. So, stay on track. Believe in yourself and your purpose. Trust that as you stay faithful to what you know you ought to be doing, you will experience astronomical success that will leave you with a sense of fulfillment and will impact the world around you. (Not my words.)
I am not lucky. You know what I am? I am smart. I am talented. I take advantage of the opportunities that come my way. And I work really really hard. Don’t call me lucky. Call me a badass.
I’m a firm believer in leaving this world a better place for future generations. Being an optimistic person has presented me with so many extraordinary opportunities to give back, to volunteer, and to touch so many lives along the way. I’ve had the privilege of advocating for those dealing with bullying, eating disorders, and mental health issues. Everyone has causes close to their hearts, so whatever you’re passionate about, do something to make a difference. Do your part to make this world a better place.
I have been through enough ups & downs in my close to 30 life. I gave myself oppertunity to live/work/study in 4 cities/countries. I graduated engineering & MBA way back. The friends who entered my life those days are still intact, that’s my biggest flex. My address will change again next year. I will not say i enjoy travelling, everyone does. I will say, i relocate every 2-3 years. The more people i came in touch with the more i understood, we live in a world of WEAK MEN & GIRLS BUSY IN TIKTOK. Proper inconsistency at play. Still there’s hope to experience a world focused on growth, happiness & fulfillment. WISHING YOU ALL A PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR 2022. LOVE AND RESPECT.
I’ve been so blessed to be able to travel so much over these last few years. One of the most profound things I witnessed while traveling was seeing how much we take for granted. I’ve seen slums where people are walking around without shoes or jackets in the freezing cold. I’ve been to places where people are working so hard at such physically demanding jobs while making hardly any money. It taught me to value every person on this planet and to not take my job for granted, to not take my life for granted, to never take the joy i experience for granted.
Stay open to anything and take a day (or week) seeing a new part of the world. If you can’t afford to take time off work then visit a new neighborhood in your own town. One’s destination is never a place, but a new way of seeing things. Be grateful for everything you have. (Not my words.)
Be patient. Work hard & also work smart. Stay consistent.
(This video got nothing to do with the post above. Watch it for fun. You will also know little bit about food truck business. One of my favourites from Key & Peele.)😜
What is possible in this life is relative to what you’re capable of. As we expand our knowledge and consciousness, we continue to grow, and the things that we thought were not possible suddenly become attainable. The more we are encouraged to expand our knowledge and our perceptions about how things work in our lives, the more we are able to accomplish.
Put your mind to a chore or task today. Turn impossible into possible. Make a list of ways your biggest dreams can one day come true. It’s quite possible things will turn out far better than you could imagine. IMPOSSIBLE only lives in your head till you make it happen.
One of my favourite feelings is laughing with someone and realizing half way trough how much you enjoy them and their existence.
Things are expected of you of your whole life, you are expected to make career, that you score well and have achieved a certain status. But life is not about status and work. These are extras.
What matters is that you can develop as a person. That you simply learn, discover and enjoy your journey. So instead of worrying about the numbers and status, you have to enjoy the journey and the small moments that can mean so much more.
I don’t want to be around people anymore that judge or talk about what people do. I want to be around people that do things. I want to be around people who believe in slow & steady progress. I want to be with people who gradually grow a rich character and a bank account. I want to be around people who remain consistent with their words, approach, intentions & journey of life. I want to be around people that dream and support and do things.
Supportive people bond long-term with growth mindset. Oppertunist comes to score petty short-term goals, it takes time but you will get rid of them today or tomorrow. (Not my words.)
You can’t skip chapters, that’s not how life works. You have to read every line, meet every character. You won’t enjoy all of it. Hell, some chapters will make you cry for weeks. You will read things you don’t want to read, you will have moments when you don’t want the pages to end. But you have to keep going.
Stories keep the world revolving. Live your story, don’t miss out.
Now this paragraph is for my close friends. The question is; “Was i angry on Frank?” Answer is: No, i laughed at his tiny mind in November-2019. I was applying for PhD research scholar positions in Berlin. New city for me, Frank took me & few friends to an EXOTIC CAR MEET-UP, that too in a Dacia Duster. Not judging the car, any Dacia or VW is a good daily driver. But, I was laughing at the idea of going to an EXOTIC CAR MEET-UP in a DACIA DUSTER.😂
(No matter how much i praise a Tesla, i am a petrolhead by heart. I am a sucker for all AMG & BMW M-series cars, manual rear wheel drive please.)
