Dance all night long and workout next day.
Or practice yoga the next day.
Drink wine but don’t forget your green juice.
Eat chocolate when your heart wants it and kale salad when your body needs it.
Wear new kicks on saturday and walk barefoot on sunday.
Live high and low.
Move and stay still.
Embrace all sides of who you are.
Be brave, bold, spontaneous and loud and let that complement your abilities to find silence, patience, modesty and peace.

Aim for BALANCE.
Remain consistent in your walk of life.
Make your own rules, follow your own path and don’t let anybody tell you or influence you how to live according to theirs. (Not my words).

1. Songs which makes me do 200 push-ups or lift weights. Basically my favourite workout tracks.
2. Songs which make me dance. Best case scenario, salsa or b-boying dance-off with my friends when it’s a celebration or pouring or snowing.

Few easy tips to become CONFIDENT with your life:

Stop discounting your successes.
Start affirming them instead.
Don’t say “Oh, it’s nothing” or “Everyone could do that”.
Treat and talk to yourself as you would to a good friend.

Develop a positive attitude and choose to get your mind off the negatives.
For example, write down three things that went well each day, and three separate things that you are thankful for.

Work on your appearance.
Make an effort to look good, that doesn’t always have to cost the earth.
Wear bold colour bottom & light colour t-shirt/shirt/top.
Invest your little time in personal hygiene & skincare.
Understand the importance of a nice perfume.
Eat clean & workout frequently.
You know the drill.
That’s gonna make you feel much more happier and confident.

Don’t be a doormat or just follow the crowd.
Think about your needs and what you want from life.

Be willing to take risks or calculated risks for god’s sake.
If you don’t take a risk, then nothing’s going to change.
And you’ll be stuck in a rut going nowhere in life.

The secret to self-confidence isn’t to stop caring what people think, it’s to start caring about what you think.
It’s to make your opinion of you more important than anyone else’s.
Confidence makes us beautiful and it comes from accepting yourself.
The moment you accept yourself, it makes everything better.
