My nephew’s wife had a terrible reaction to the COVID vaccine in May 2021. She is still going to physical therapy and not expected to fully recover for another 18 months. It’s absolutely true that people have had reactions to the COVID vaccine. The science: 1.) the vaccines were released to the public before being fully tested. 2.) The vaccines WILL NOT prevent you from getting COVID. Vaccines are designed to strengthen your own NATURAL immune system. 3.) If you get vaccinated and get COVID, it may prevent you from getting seriously ill. 4.) The foundation of the American medical system is patient autonomy. People have a right to refuse vaccines and treatment. I don’t know what patient rights are in other countries. As a registered nurse, I defend people’s right to make their own choice. Everybody’s entitled to their own opinion.
