be less emotional,

be louder,
be softer,
to be something else.
Don’t listen.

Quiet down the outside world however you can meditate, take a trip, shut off your phone, open your journal and listen to what your heart is telling you deep inside.
Listen to how it feels about your career, your relationships.
Listen to how it feels about your life.
At the end of the day, you will never go wrong when you follow your heart because, that’s the AUTHENTIC version of you. (Not my words.)

Types of PEOPLE you need to hang on to;

Enthusiastic listeners.
People who don’t make you guess if they’re mad.
Direct communicators.
The friend who helps you clean your room.
Those who are kind to those who can do nothing for them.
Messy folks who repeatedly get it wrong but never stop trying to get it right anyway.
Kindred spirits.
Loud laughers.
Pals who make the grocery store fun.
Loved ones who get as excited about your success as you do.
The person you feel comfortable crying in front of.
Sing-in-the-car friends.
People who text you to look at the moon.
People who text you just to say hi.
The one you’ve known since childhood who you can go a long time without talking to but nothing changes.
Those who understand the value of holding space.
The mentor who pushes you to do better because they want better for you.
Patient teachers.
Healers.
Scrappy souls.
Hard workers.
Friends you can joke about hypothetical situations with for hours on end.

The genuine ones.
Anyone who leaves you feeling good afterward, not just when you’re with them.
People who see your fault lines and say they have them too.
Anyone who came to mind as you read this.
Hold them close.

That’s not how life works.

If you’re feeling down, ask yourself “what’s wrong with this moment?”
Chances are that you’re upset about something that happened in the past or you’re anticipating something that might happen in the future.
But is there anything wrong with this exact moment?
Probably not.
So stop worrying.
And if there is something wrong with this exact moment, there’s only 3 things you can do to fix it:
REMOVE yourself from the situation,
CHANGE something,
or ACCEPT it.

I own a health supplement business in Bangalore, i know how making it big in India at current market scenario is way more easier & exciting compared to UK or USA. It’s an developing economy & emerging markets are always choice of investors. Yes INEQUALITY is an issue, but there’s way more beyond to that side of the story.)

It is finally feeling so content and hopeful about your future that you stop thinking about them entirely.
When you want to change your life in order for it to look different, and only that, you are still orbiting around the opinions of people who didn’t love you, and didn’t have any intention to.

A real glow up is authentic.
It is lifting off all the cover-up bullshit and addressing the real problems.
It is healing.
It is changing, for good.
It is, for the first time, prioritizing your heart over someone else’s eyes.
