The older you get, the more quiet you become.
Life humbles you so deeply as you age.
You realize how much nonsense you’ve wasted time on.
You understand there’s nothing called “MOOD” or “MOMENT”.
With right people, anything can brighten your mood.
With right partner, even a morning coffee can create a moment.

At the end, make sure your realign your life around fitness, family, finance & food, I mean real nutritional food.
I don’t care what kind of mood you are in, good bad, or somewhere between the two.
Exercise and movement will improve it.

Sometimes friends ask me how my arms look like it ate a dinosaur for breakfast & how do I look so strong!
Also sometimes my friends ask me how i stay motivated even during tough times!
Sometimes these same friends ask what’s the secret to success in life!
I don’t have answers to any of these.
But, all I can say it always boils down to your mindset.

Your desire for fitness, success or a healthy relationship, all starts from your mindset.
I never think beyond the coming day.
I get this current one day right every single day consistently.
That’s my only secret.
Success is a strategic mindset, there’s no other way to answer it.

It’s not LOVE yet!!

No, LOVE has nothing to do with finances or charisma of the other side. But, you already know what’s your comfort zone/future goals & who can be worth it to share that same way!!

Just like you can’t use that same smartphone in your hand for more than 2-3 years, you want to upgrade it even if you are using it. Life is just like that. It needs a upgrade time to time. See your parents, how many times you changed your home/TV/location/furniture/whatever. Life is exactly like that. It needs upgrades not just monetarily, it needs upgrades in every aspect. You need your emotional growth & qualifications/skills/work too need the same.

If you aren’t seeing the same in your partner, don’t let him/her be your LIFE PARTNER. Someday you will surely lose your attraction/passion/mojo towards that person if they are not driven towards a better life. LOVE is a big word. Don’t misuse it, use it when you find your forever or else go happy fuck around for a while. Having tons of sex with multiple partners is OK if your moral allows you & you get that much attention. Misusing that word LOVE to gain little passion is not OK, it will tear you down slowly.

Ask yourself how long did you let that LOVE cook inside you, ask yourself what’s gonna be the result when time tests you with good or bad situations!! BE TRUE to yourself first. Time heals all when intentions are true in head/heart & your mouth speaks the same.

Some people are so dead on their ass that, they have to come back & portray as if they do give a fuck.

Remember one thing will always be with you; “YOUR MONEY“. Work on that, focus on your independence & Happiness. A positive outcome is awaiting when you are popping with little wealth.
