Your everyday habits impact you the most. How you speak to yourself? How you talk about others? How you start your day? Who has access to you? Who you follow? What you read?
If you wanna change your life, address these.
You are what you repeatedly do. Change your habits. Change your life.
1. Go after dreams, not people. 2. Love yourself and the rest will follow. 3. Never lose your sense of wonder. 4. You are capable of more than you know. 5. No regrets in life, just lessons learned. 6. Your only limit is you. 7. Life goes by in a blink of an eye, so live life.
• Consistently connect with people who fill you up. • Practice being vulnerable. • Stop fighting to be right. • Apologize less often for things that aren’t your fault. • Become less people pleasing. • Allow things to be good enough instead of perfect. • Practice what you know to true or helpful. • Educate yourself at least 20 minutes a day (read or watch a informative video). • Create more joyful moments. • Follow your intuition. • Inform others when something isn’t working for you. (Not my words.)
Balance is the key in everything you do. Dance all night long and practice yoga the next day. Drink wine but don’t forget your green juice. Eat chocolate when your heart wants it and kale salad when your body needs it. Live high and low. Move and stay still. Embrace all sides of who you are.
Be brave, bold, spontaneous and loud and let that complement your abilities to find silence, patience, modesty and peace. Aim for balance. Make your own rules and follow your own path and don’t let anybody tell you how to live according to theirs.
Every day, make a tiny agreement with yourself and follow through with it. You’ll start to see yourself as a person who honours their word, even when no one’s watching. And that’s what creates true self-confidence.
1. Go after dreams, not people. 2. Love yourself and the rest will follow. 3. Never lose your sense of wonder. 4. You are capable of more than you know. 5. No regrets in life. Just lessons learned. 6. Your only limit is you. 7. Life goes by in a blink of an eye. So first live life.
(This article got nothing to do with the post above, you can click on the image to read the entire article. There’s a reason i don’t like apps like TIKTOK or Instagram reels, such apps are limiting our attention span. Our human race is losing focus & we struggle to put attention towards where it’s needed. I know some people who can’t read a page long article because it’s a page long or they can’t watch a 15 minutes video because it’s 15 minutes long.🤣🤣 This is called GOLDFISH SYNDROME, which means 10 second memory of a goldfish.)
If you tell a skiier to don’t lose balance or don’t get hit by a tree, they definitely will. So their trainer usually tells them to follow the path & nothing more.
Our Human brains are so stupid that we can’t comprehend the NEGATIVE. For example; If i tell you to not think about an elephant, you can’t follow that one. Didn’t you just think about an elephant right right now?
Life is like that & most people are exactly like that. The people who worry too much about failure/betrayal/getting cheated/behaving bad are the ones who usually do all those negative things as their first line of defence. And later overthinking makes everything worse with time.
Just become confident & stay consistent on your journey, i believe you can do that. Confident & consistent with your thoughts/mindset. Confident & consistent with communication/behaviour. Confident & consistent with your lifestyle/habit/choices/goals. Confident & consistent with the way you live. You don’t need different stories for different people. In short, you don’t need that negativity to prosper inside you. Follow the path of light. Life is fun, let it flourish.
1. Make peace with your past so it won’t screw up the present. 2. What others think of you is none of your business. 3. Time heals almost everything, give it time. 4. Don’t compare your life to others and don’t judge them. You have no idea what their journey is all about. 5. Stop thinking too much, it’s alright not to know the answers. Answers will come to you when you least expect it. 6. No one is in charge of your happiness, except you. 7. Smile. You don’t own all the problems in the world. 8. Understand the difference between WANT & NEED. Follow what you feel.
I feel blessed that I’ve pretty much always known what I wanted to do with my life. But I know plenty of people who are still figuring out what that means to them. As long as you stay consistent and keep following your dreams even if they feel underdeveloped, you will find that place within yourself.
Are you doing what you’ve always wanted to do? If you’re not, there’s no time like the present. Sometimes a thought of “Toxic positivity” may make you think “Let’s stay stuck to my current reality”. But ask yourself whether that’s helping you evolve! Don’t go with what others tell you. Always accept suggestions, but take your own decisions. One step at a time. Start this moment. Follow what you feel. If things were easy to find, they wouldn’t be worth finding. (Not my words)
