Being independent financially & emotionally is amazing. But nobody talks about why “Spending too much time alone” is not a good thing. Everyone needs some me time once in a while and taking time to yourself can increase your physical and emotional health. But too much time alone can be a bad thing. Even introverts need some level of daily social interaction to ward off feelings of isolation. Being cooped up inside every minute of every day can cause loneliness and depression to creep up.

Call a friend, video chat with the family member or just take a walk. If you can’t remember the last time you went outside or talk to someone you could be harming your mental health. Being selt sufficient is good but being self isolated isn’t a good human trait.

Being bad is ok, it’s solvable at some point. But being in denial isn’t right, someday it’s gonna blow up nasty & every negativity drags us down quickly. People who run away from themselves can’t stand for anything that’s legitimate, reason behind it is own moral flaws.

Nobody expects you to be a perfect human being. Learn to accept yourself for what you are, that’s what makes you build your own identity. Be yourself.

Everybody wants to be unique. But instead of working on it & putting real efforts to be something different, everybody starts pretending being superior compared to others which makes everybody the same piece of nothing.

I love it when a person just tells me “she/he wants nothing but piece of mind, little respect & a sustainable living with the right balance of earning+savings+expenses”. The same I expect from my partner one day; A truthful consistent independent person, that’s all.
