Observe yourself when you feel fear or anger.
Focus on the feeling.
Don’t focus on what’s caused it.
Not the stimulus, the stimulation.
Most strong reactions we feel are reactions to the past, not the present.

We will be more effective when we move beyond unconscious programming and respond from a place of peace.
We will be at PEACE sooner when we deal with information not inflammation.

People bring perceptions.
Even our media outlets, news channels & newspaper all try to portray a perception.
The same way your understanding is also a perception.
The problem with PERCEPTION is, it’s a mixture of truth, lies, nonsense, imaginary bullshit & fakefuckery.
What i want in life is TRUTH.
TRUTH always remains same.
There are no 2 sides to TRUTH.
The story of TRUTH never changes.
TRUTH’s approach, flow, guidance, information & assistance all are CONSISTENT.
If someone/something is TRUTHFUL,
the only proof is whether it’s CONSISTENT.
TRUTH IS CONSISTENT, ALWAYS.
(RIP Sir David Amess. Everytime there’s a knife attack or rape/drugs/abduction incident, either it’s a Pakistani or a Somalia based immigrant who’s the culprit in 90% cases. I am not just talking about UK, this happened in Germany before a month & couple of times in Montreal-Canada last year. And this thing called ISLAMIC EXTREMISM has no sign of stopping. Fuck that idea of religion which makes you kill someone in the name of GOD. There should be a definition for this term TERRORIST. Every motherfucker who owns an illegal weapon is a terrorist in my eyes & every person who supports them must be treated the same way. All Governments must come together to form a resolution that next time a terrorist is killed or captured, never mention he belongs to which country/religion/organization. Just mention, an INSECT was caught & killed. That’s it. Giving these assholes an identity is a major failure of our society.)

Right information is the real knowledge. The nature of a knowledgeable person is; he/she never tries to educate a fool.
Destiny is not a chance and definitely it’s not given. It’s all about making right set of choices with an informed brain at right time. You have to be observant. You never wait for it because you have to achieve it. So three things to watch out here: AN INFORMED BRAIN, YOUR EFFORTS & RIGHT CHOICES IN RIGHT TIME.
Your efforts & choices may vary depending on what kind of person you are, it also depends on your upbringing. But an informed brain is the driving force here. In modern day, there is nothing called intelligence or IQ without being informed. Information is the real knowledge. If you want to stay ahead of the curve, keep educating yourself every single day about what’s happening around you and also what’s right/wrong with the world you live in. DESTINY IS MEANT FOR THE DOERS WITH INFORMED MIND.

Dumb people are dumb not because they don’t know something, but because they are pretty confident about being right with their wrong information.
(Some example of dumb: flat earthers, people who think COVID was created by rich, people who don’t take mask & hygeine seriously, people who believe 5G will get banned & 5G accelerated COVID).
We humans pack tons of flaws in us & we always try to hide it. Let’s be true, we all have done this. We share only that much information which will make other side feel better about us. My problem here is, “What’s the point of trying that if you are not YOU!!”. That’s not the right way to fit in to someone’s life or some group/ideology. It’s exactly opposite, you are entering somebody’s book of misunderstanding.
That’s the reason every grifter thinks she/he is RIGHT by sharing half information about his half TRUTH. When you try to hide something no matter how small it is, you act like you are hiding something. People who care about you will notice it. And there are high chances few are losing their mojo because of that behaviour. LEARN TO BE YOURSELF. FLAWS ARE BEAUTIFUL IN CASE YOU CAN OWN THEM TRUTHFULLY.

I don’t have some superpowers. Catching someone lie or being uncomfortable is damn easy. Your voice modulation changes when you plan things in your head before answering something. Truth is natural, lie is planned. Don’t be afraid to be yourself.
