Not all talented people are successful.
Not all successful people are talented.
Sometimes it’s all about an open mind to learn & a consistent hunger to grow, very few understand it.

True me.. Tap-1017..
You have ONE LIFE.
Don’t spend it scrolling through everyone else’s
Don’t spend it wishing you had someone else’s
Don’t spend it comparing it to someone else’s
Don’t spend it competing with someone else’s
Don’t spend it talking about someone else’s
Don’t spend it recounting your mistakes
Don’t spend it rehearsing your failures
Don’t spend it focusing on your limitations
Don’t spend it living in regret
Don’t spend it paralyzed by fear
Don’t spend it listening to the naysayers
Don’t spend it living purposelessly.
Live it.
BE YOU. Live your life it’s fully yours.

This is a no-brainer (lop, by now we all know that exercise is great for our brains.
Some easy ways to add more exercise:

4: Gamify your LIFE.
Use apps like Streaks, or Habitica to help you tie your dopamine to good habits and working on goals.

How you spend your mornings,
How you talk to yourself,
What you read,
What you watch,
Who you share your energy with,
Who has access to you,
It’s the small habits, that will change your life.

8 Ways to calm yourself when life is getting tough:
1. Walk:
Walking helps clear your mind.
It offers you a different perspective.
2. Indulge:
Take a day off to spend a whole day doing exactly what you want.
3. Be Generous:
Give something to a total stranger.
Acts of giving make us feel warm and fuzzy inside.
4. Have a heart to heart conversation with yourself:
Sit in a coffee shop or a busy street/part and soak up your surroundings.
You don’t have to talk to people.
5. Educate yourself:
Research what it is you are experiencing.
Arm yourself with knowledge and the resources to tackle the problems head-on.
6. Preparation:
Write the day’s to-do list the evening before.
7. Strengths:
Write down a list of 20 of your strengths.
8. Keep going forward:
Keep taking small steps, no matter what.
Being stagnant doesn’t serve you.

True me.. Tap-1013..
There comes a very important time in your life where you need to sit yourself down and ask;
“If you’re really living your life!
Are you content or are you happy?
Are you seeing or living?”
You only have one shot at this.
Travel great distances if that’s what you please.
Or stay at home and build a beautiful garden is that’s where you see yourself happiest.
If you aren’t happy, then change.
Analyze your life and get rid of anything that doesn’t make you happy.
One day when you’re eighty years old, you’re going to wish you did.
You’re going to wish you lived differently and there’s no way to go back and change it.
LIVE YOUR ALL DREAMS, GOALS, DESIRES WHILE BEING THE MOST AUTHENTIC VERSION OF YOURSELF.
(This video got nothing to do with the post above. I liked this Ted talk by Bill Gates. And this pandemic could be the last pandemic we ever experience. Watch it if you have 15 minutes.)
