Most people are like fast fashion.
With fast fashion;
seasons change,
styles change,
after 6 months you find the same clothes in discounted aisle.
And it’s meaningless to buy a sweater in 34°c summer.
Next destination of that piece of clothing is a landfill.

Same with people,
most people become inconsistent,
they put themselves in discounted aisle with their useless cheap deceptive mentality/approach,
and i avoid that discounted section.
You too should avoid that discounted section.
Start rewarding inconsistency with unavailability.

You can always start again.
Clean out your social media.
Create a new account for your new taste in music.
Study or work in a new city.
Start socialising with new people.
Choose a new signature scent and style and purge the outdated parts of yourself.
If you don’t like where you’re at & you don’t know what to do about it, simply try starting again.

(This tweet got nothing to do with the post above. Not blaming or judging anyone who’s using tinder or bumble. I never use dating apps when i am in my city of residence, i am already occupied with entertaining my people, work, workout & studies. I install tinder only when i travel alone to a new place for work or i have a connecting flight. My experience says, on first date girls in their 20s usually prefer some activities over a conversation & of course some good food. But once that date crosses to next day, it gets quite nasty because almost everyone carries a shitty past. Most of the time i block such contacts. People never understand how important it is to heal & come clean for the sake of own sanity. I can’t say anything beyond that age group. My biggest turn offs are inconsistency & lies.)

This post today about what “your text/email style” talks about your personality. Though it may seem immaculately random, there’s an immense correlation between how we speak in real life and how we write texts/emails so much so that they can reveal a lot about who we are. For example; narcissists tend to use first person language like me, I ,my, mine a lot, extroverts like to use casual tones intend to talk about fun activities/gathering/interests/visions.

How you say something can be just as important as what you say, no typos means that you’re mindful perfectionist or even obsessive, while bad grammar could expose lower levels of IQ and no academic intelligence, long texts/email can show that you have a lot of energy and you are very thorough & patient, but sometimes it can also communicate that you’re overwhelmed with attention or needy in some cases. A person’s personality is like a mine, you have to keep mining good habits to reflect a STRONG PERSONALITY.

Yes. I had a pizza (Keto friendly Pizza) after 2 weeks, because of my bad health conditions. & The feeling wasn’t that great, some assholes were eating pizza using fork+knife.

I am going little blunt with it. Personally i am not a fan of fat burners. All fat burners work the same way using some garcinia, grape seed extract & caffeine. This one contains no caffeine. But, that’s not enough to stand out. For my body type caffeine is a boon, my pre workout is a black coffee since ages. Caffeine is a friend to my body. But, those who are caffeine intolerant, have issues with kidney, lower water levels in their body or dull skin must stay away from caffeine & coffee both.

About this product: Yes it’s effective. But, i would rate it 5.5 out of 10 in terms of productivity. Remember one thing, supplements will work like a wonder if your diet & workout is balanced.
