That “perfect time” will never come, because time will never be just right bending to your ideals.
There will always be some form of adversity that you will be challenged with. And while the obstacle may feel like a sign that you shouldn’t start, know this: adversity comes with adventure and learning to overcome adversity is what sharpens you and prepares you for SUCCESS.

So take the challenge and face it head-on knowing that it’s yours to conquer. You are capable of great things.
YOU CAN’T ALWAYS WAIT FOR THE PERFECT TIME. SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO DARE TO DO IT, BECAUSE LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO WONDER WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN.

THE TIME IS NOW.

When you plant seeds in the garden, you don’t dig them up everyday to see if they have sprouted yet. You simply water them and clear away the weeds. You know that the seed will grow in time.

Similarly, just do your daily practice and cultivate a kind heart. Abandon impatience and instead be content creating the causes for goodness; the results will come when they’re ready.
Allow yourself to grow.

This video got nothing to do with the post above. I watched F9, thanks to my bestie bitch. Next few lines are my review of this movie.
1. Avoid this nonsensical garbage, I think F9 is nail in the coffin to this franchise. And please don’t watch any movies in vue, my neck is still hurting.
2. Watch Hitman’s wife’s bodyguard instead. Salma Hayek swearing is a delight, the best thing to watch out even though it’s a Ryan Reynold’s movie.😂

Sunday story time.. 01.

Since my childhood i am that odd one out kinda person in my family. My family is a mixture of different values/culture/faith/religion. And i always feel bored when someone talks about religion or God. It’s my middle school days i remember, one of my friends named Mohsin said “he is a true muslim, because he is praying 5 times a day & he is fasting during EID”. The same way another christian friend Lukas said “he follows everything from easter, saint patrick’s day, thanksgiving, christmas to sunday mass because he is a believer in ONE TRUE CHURCH catholic values/teachings”. All such things were just foolish to my middle school brain. My middle school & high school days were all about playing chess, basketball, some video games, playing piano, little bit of painting, if i had too much free time i was teaching trigonometry & physics to few of my dumb friends. I never understood religion & God.

Let’s come to the main part of the story. My religion is Hindu. And both of my parents are full time employees & they are also bit too much into social service because finances are sorted. So during my childhood i got plenty of time to spend with my grandparents.
Out of curiosity once i asked my grandpa;
“All my friends say something about their God or religion. Is there a process to be a true or good hindu?”
First he laughed at me for 2 minutes, then he replied;
“You become a good human, that’s a good hindu”.
I again asked;
“Which specific God to pray & what’s the prayer i have to chant?”
He again laughed at me, then replied;
“There are literally 33 million avatars of God in our religion, even i am confused. Right now finish your homework & studies, eat all vegetables without being a pain to your mama, don’t watch TV for long time, sleep before 9pm, wake up early in the morning, these are all your duties/responsibilities at this age, after few years your work/job will become your identity. And your work is your best worship to your God.”
That’s all i was taught about religion. My grandpa died at the age of 97+. I still remember every single moment i spent around him.

Some friends question why i attend church service sometimes even though i am not a Christian!! The answer is; There was a church on my way to school. Father of that church used to give free teacakes to every kid after morning prayer. Sometimes i used to eat that teacake while going to school, and sometimes i used to give it to any homeless or disabled person near my street/hospital area.
These tiny memories are still alive in me. I work & i make little more money than i can consume even after my share of savings+investment, i try to give it back to the society from where i earned. That’s why sometimes it’s a visit to any orphanage, community shelter/home & sometimes also it’s a sunday service. It’s not like I don’t believe in God, it’s more like “I DON’T BELIEVE IN DIFFERENT RELIGIONS HAVE DIFFERENT GODS SUPERIORITY SYNDROME”. If there’s a GOD, there’s only one who lives inside your goodness.

The gist of the story is; Do something good everyday or just do your work/duty/responsibilities on time, rest assured your GOD loves you.

The hardest part about wanting something real is trying to convince everybody you’re not crazy for feeling like you deserve it. But then you realize, you don’t have to prove anything to anybody.

All you have to do is…
Be patient enough to make it right. Be committed enough to make it strong. Be honest enough to make it last. Us genuine ones deserve something great, we deserve something authentic. And we reserve the right not to be impressed with the usual. It’s not about being too picky or having unrealistic expectations, it’s about knowing you’ve dealt with enough of the BS and you’ve earned the right to have a preference.

Stay true to you, even when nobody gets it. Trust your heart, even when you’re scared. Believe in love, even after you’ve been hurt. Things get better the minute we stop expecting them to be perfect. Timing is everything, so always remember: Some amazing things can happen when you mix patience with hope.

If there is ever a day when you feel tired of saying good for them and you are wondering when things will be good for you, take heart with great hope, and consider all the things this season of growing will lead into. Like an ocean that awaits many miles way, you may not be there yet, but you are surely on your way.

So take your time while you are journeying, travel light, be safe. For there will come a time when you finally arrive on those shores and you will be so glad you did not settle. You will be so glad you did not give up. You will be so glad you did not sync yourself to someone else’s pace and chose instead to anchor yourself in the steady rhythm of grace. And after everything you went through, you arrived where you needed to be on time, and everything will be fine. Not perfect, but fine. For every beautiful thing will happen in its TIME.

Working towards creating a life with certain set of disciplines, some are there & some are on it’s way. Let’s stay optimistic. This post is more of a reminder & checklist for myself.

(Someone shared this video in university group. I wanted to share it because it teaches a lot about how/why slow & steady growth must be our priority).

1. Do one thing at a time & work towards it till it reaches it’s optimum level of success.

2. Go slow and do it deliberately.

3. Develop rituals towards a holistic living.

4. Designate time for certain things.

5. Learn to smile and serve others.

6. Make cleaning and cooking my kind of meditation.

7. Workout everyday & eat right. (Not because i love my abs, but because LOOKING LIKE THE BEST VERSION of myself is my priority for a happy confident look on my face).
